The Bradley Center is a registered nonprofit organization, as defined by Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.

Why Bradley Needs Your Support

While third party reimbursement provides funding for food, lodging, education and therapy, we rely on community donations to provide for the many expenses that are not otherwise paid for by public funding. These expenses include such items as clothing, toys and recreational materials for our children. Donated funds are also necessary for program development, research and capital needs. Help Us Build Lives of Possibility for our children by giving to Bradley.

The Board of Trustees, the staff and most of all – the children we serve – thank you for your generous support. If you would like more information, or have questions about making a donation, please contact our development department at 412-788-8219.

Gifts from the Heart

Your support has done so much for Bradley over the years. Please continue this fine tradition and provide your donations or gifts so that the youth of Bradley can celebrate the joy of the holidays and upcoming year.

Consider helping by:

Gift card drive - Collect gift cards to local department stores to enable the youth to shop. With the guidance of Bradley staff, this valuable learning experience allows the residents to make personal selections. Your gift card of $10, $25 or more in value can provide clothing, shoes and hygiene supplies to youth in need. Restaurant gift cards used for therapeutic and medical outings are also welcome.

Gift Drive - Pick a category and provide boxes at your place of work or worship. Collect arts and crafts, socks, pajamas, board games, MP3 players, "hoodies" or toys. The possibilities are endless and the rewards are priceless!!

Santa's Workshop - The workshop provides a shopping day for the Bradley residents to select gifts for their friends and families. Donate a gift valued from $1 to $5 that the residents can share with their mother, dad, grandparents, cousins, teachers and friends. For the past two years, donations have enabled each resident to select five gifts to share. Items such as candles, mugs, gloves, hats and stationery provide wonderful gifts for the residents' selections. Volunteers are on hand to assist and to wrap the gifts so they are "under the tree" ready!

Please contact Karen Zimmerman, Community Relations Coordinator by e-mailing KZimmerman@TheBradleyCenter.org to help in this worthwhile event.
