Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Fox has been with Bradley since 1999, bringing years of experience working in both behavioral health and marketing fields. Lisa started her career as a therapist at Warren State Hospital working with children and adults suffering from serious mental illness. She has continued to advocate for children, youth and families at both the regional and state level by remaining actively involved in several professional organizations and committees that address children’s issues in the state of Pennsylvania.
Lisa has been on the State Office of Mental Health and Substance Children’s Advisory Board since 2000, serving as a professional Co-chair in 2002. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Council of Children, Youth and Families Services, where she is part of the Executive Committee.
A native of Pennsylvania, Lisa earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Edinboro University and her Baccalaureate Degree in Communications and Psychology from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania.
Craig Taylor, M.D.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Taylor is a board certified psychiatrist who has practiced in Pittsburgh since 1990. He is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University Medical School, and he completed his Psychiatric residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Taylor is a consultant to a number of Pittsburgh area providers of individuals with developmental disabilities, and he is the Psychiatric consultant to the Southwest Pennsylvania Region Healthcare Coordination Unit. He has served as faculty at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and University of Pittsburgh Medical School. In addition he has held positions as program director, division director, and medical director at Allegheny Neuropsychiatric Institute, Allegheny General Hospital, Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic, and Southwood Psychiatric Hospital.
Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Edwards has been in leadership at Bradley since 1998. She has over 25 years of supervisory and administrative experience, and has been instrumental in enhancing and maintaining the certified agency Safety Committee, regulatory compliance, support services and facility operations.
Gina also provides guidance to the Human Resource and Finance departments and continues to share oversight of these areas in conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer.
Director of Advocacy and Consumer Relations
Ms. Lowrie has been with Bradley since 2002 and serves as a liaison for issues related to policy, funding, and advocacy.
Lisa holds a Masters in Social Work degree from Temple University and is a licensed social worker. She began her career at the Pennsylvania Community Providers Association as a mental health policy specialist with the concentration on children’s mental health, policy, legislation and regulation for over 10 years. While at PCPA she also consulted on the development of the initial HealthChoices RFP proposal for CBHNP.
Lisa left PCPA to work on the upstart of CCBHO in the Capital Region in 2001 and served as CCBHO’s Manager for Community Relations for the York/Adams and Berks Counties.
Administrator of Quality Services
Ms. Georges has been with The Bradley Center since 1993 where she started as a Child Development Specialist. Since 1997, Megan has been in the Quality Services Department. As the Administrator of Quality Services, Megan oversees the residential program, information management/data analysis, and regulatory compliance.
Megan attended the College of Wooster where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Megan is co-author of the article “Reduction of Physical Restraints in Residential Treatment Facilities”. She presented this article at the American Psychological Association Annual Convention in 2003 and was then published in the Journal of Disability Policy Studies in 2006.
Administrator of Program Compliance
Ms. Goldberger has been with The Bradley Center since 2002. As the Administrator of Program Compliance, she is responsible for oversight of the Quality Assurance, Case Management and Information Management departments. Ms. Goldberger also serves as Bradley’s Corporate Compliance Officer and is a Family and Client Advocate.
Ms. Goldberger earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from The Pennsylvania State University. She has a Master’s of Science in Education, received from Duquesne University. In addition, Ms. Goldberger is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds certifications from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Elementary and Secondary School Counseling.
Director of Development
Pat Hargest is the Director of Development. She joined the Executive Management Team in November, 2013, after having served on the Bradley Board of Directors for eight years. During her Board tenure, she served as both the Chair of the Nominating and Donor Relations Committees.
She is experienced in developing and managing comprehensive fund raising programs including annual giving, major gifts, capital campaigns, planned giving, events, and membership, funding diversification including individuals, foundations, corporations, United Way, and government sources; board development and interfacing with various board committees, prospecting, donor cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation, the development of donor communications including appeals, newsletters, grants, cases for support, scripts, as well as online fund raising.
Pat Hargest has held the role of Director of Development or Senior Development Officer at a range of diverse organizations including The Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium, and Pittsburgh Action Against Rape.
She is an active member of the community including: Association of Fund Raising Professionals (AFP), Board of Directors; AFP Professional Development Committee, Chair; AFP Mentoring Program, mentor; City of God Foundation, Board of Directors, Chair; Shadyside Hospital, Eucharistic minister; Sacred Heart Church, volunteer; Sisters of Saint Joseph, associate.
